A sizeable portion of our beloved Lasagna Verde alla Bolognese, set up for you to finish in your home oven. (feeds 2 easily… about a kilogram weight!)
Our Lasagna is made according to the rich culinary traditions of Bologna, completely loyal to the original recipe. Our take home Lasagna is composed of several layers of handmade pasta verde for you to sink your fork into, each layer holding generous quantities of Ragù Bolognese, Bechamel, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Pickup Thursday November 5th at G2A - 1001 Douglas St. between 5 pm and 7 pm. If you cannot make this pickup window please email us at hello@lumache.ca to arrange an alternate time (after you’ve purchased your lasagna).
