Can I get a reservation if everything is already booked?

Due to the small nature of the business we do reserve all available seats to ensure as we can provide as many guests a great experience as possible. If everything is booked up on the day you are looking for you can click the 'Notify' button on tock.

This is the best way for you to be able to snap up a reservation if there is a cancellation as tock will automatically send you an email when a reservation comes available.

When do you release reservations?

We release the reservations 1 month prior on the 1st of the month. For example reservations for March will open February 1st.

Where is there parking?

The best spot is the 'Broughton Street Parkade' as street parking has limited length of stay on our street.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Due to the confined space of our kitchen we have a limited capacity to be able to accommodate some allergies or combinations of allergies as there is too great a risk of cross contamination in our tiny space.

We will always do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions that may arise, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@lumache.ca if you would like to inquire about your allergies.

Due to the small size of our space and the gluten centred nature of our products we are unable to guarantee a safe experience for those with severe gluten allergies or intolerances.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, any cancellations or no shows for a reservation within this time frame may be subject to a fee of $89 per person. Your reservation can also be transferred to another guest without charge.

We do understand that unavoidable situations do come up and will always do our best to work with you to accommodate. Please contact us at hello@lumache.ca or message us through Tock as soon as possible if this is the case.

How do I transfer my reservation?

If you would like to transfer your reservation to another guest --

First, you can log into your tock account and select reservations. Each individual reservation will have a transfer button beside it.

Can I send someone in my place?

Absolutely, if the reservation can be filled there will be no cancellation charge. Please let us know if the new guests have any dietary restrictions as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@lumache.ca

Can I adjust my reservation online?

Yes, you can adjust your reservation online up to 48 hours ahead of your reservation.

Within the 48 hour timeframe the best way to get ahold of us is through Tock or to email hello@lumache.ca.
